Irene Levy has over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry primarily in the physical therapy arena and cardio/aerobic fitness fields. She has over two decades of hands-on experience helping patients recover from injuries and illness, working in conjunction with their managing physician. She has long been an advocate of combining wide-reaching lifestyle changes.
